Serving the flow is a unique opportunity to live as an ever-expanding wave of pure awareness and bliss, “chit-ananda.”
Peace and alignment exist perfectly in the world and within us. To serve the flow is to tap in and connect to this ever-present existence of beauty, abundance and harmony. When we step onto the mat we have the unique opportunity to see and experience ourselves as a reflection of this alignment, experiencing life exactly as it meant to be. As we move in the flow, like a wave in a big ocean pulsating with that expansive energy of the Source, we enter a dance: the individual joins the Source’s higher vision. Limitations and challenges melt away as new possibility emerges. In serving the flow we serve ourselves in the highest and expand beyond ourselves. We can align more fully with the source of our deepest desires and visions.
Anusara means “ flowing with Grace.” We use the principles of alignment to enter the flow, align with the flow, and then lovingly serve the flow from a deep place commitment, integrity and freedom.
My intention is to share this opportunity to plug in and to serve humanity. As we connect through the practice of yoga we refine the container of our bodies, experience the vastness of our soul and clearly see the reflection of our highest purpose.
May we share the light of our hearts and shine love and beauty to each other.
Pranam~
